Our programs are designed to build swimmers from novice to advanced. Each swimmer begins with building fundamental skills and stroke technique. The next level in our progression involves developing season goals and learning about training and competition. Practices at this level are about 50% concentrated on technique and 50% concentrated on mental and physical strengthening. Our advanced swimmers receive training specific to their long term goals. Practices at this level continue to build sound technique while providing training that is aggressive and challenging both mentally and physically.
Our groups are as follows:
12 & Under – Aquatic Achievers, Snappers, Reef Break, Pipeline
13 & Over – Peak Prep, Senior Group
