Mike primarily coaches the advanced age group and senior swimmers.

Mike has been coaching swimmers of all ages for 20 years.

He was a collegiate swimmer and diver at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.

Before moving to Florida in 2007, Mike coached West Henderson High School in Hendersonville North Carolina to two state high school championships.

Jill coaches as she is needed.

As other events in the club take her time, she still tries very hard to get to know each family & swimmer personally!

She has been coaching for 6 years and loves working with kids!

She was an assistant coach at West Henderson High School and helped Coach Mike Rochelle lead the Falcons to two North CarolinaState High School Championships.

She is also a certified stroke & turn for USA Swimming and the NCAA.  She is also an USA Swimming Admin Official.
